SHERRY L. WILEMAN - President

Sherry L. Wileman founded Wileman & Associates in 1990. The firm specializes in executive search in the insurance industry and is committed to a methodical and thorough search approach and to timely search completion.

Ms. Wileman entered the executive search profession in 1985. Her search experience has included positions in underwriting, sales, marketing, actuarial, advanced underwriting, medical, systems, product management, and other managerial and technical functions. Significantly, the growth of her practice has been from clients for whom she has worked before or through their recommendations.

Prior to beginning her executive search career, Ms. Wileman was the financial manager for a regional independent insurance agency with branches throughout the Southeast. She also has been a business planning and investment evaluation manager with a major midwestern energy company and has had extensive experience in data processing.

A native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Ms. Wileman was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Statistics. She also has completed a Master of Business Administration degree at Boston University.

BILL WILEMAN - Vice President

Bill Wileman joined Wileman & Associates in 2007. Mr. Wileman applies his previous time as a marketing consultant at IBM and his experience in Strategic Marketing at Transamerica to expand the firm's approach and provide a succession plan for the future.

While with IBM, Mr. Wileman served as an internal Competitive Intelligence Consultant. He directed a project to formalize IBM's methodology for identifying competitors' customers and delivering actionable insights to sales and marketing teams. Earlier Mr. Wileman led the support of the Global Solutions Marketing team and leveraged information about IBM's Independent Software Vendor (ISV) customers to evaluate trends in customer activity and isolate opportunities for additional sales.

Previous to IBM and his MBA, Mr. Wileman expanded the database marketing proficiency at the Transamerica Insurance and Investments Group in Los Angeles. As both an employee and external consultant, Mr. Wileman's team developed the first closed-loop web-based marketing campaigns within the organization. Mr. Wileman managed the implementation of a proprietary lead distribution and management system that initiated higher sales levels throughout the non-captive agency distribution channel.

Mr. Wileman holds a Bachelors in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia. In addition, he graduated with a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Mr. Wileman lives in Marietta, GA with his wife and two children.
